3D Waffle Sunflower Instructions

Step 1

Cut pieces from desired cardstock.

STEP 3

Adhere the waffle shape to the flower center. Set aside and allow glue to dry.

STEP 4

Add glue to the center of one of the petal shapes. Place another flower petal shape on top.

STEP 5

Be sure to offset the petals as shown. Add glue to the center of the top petal layer.

STEP 6

Add another petal layer and offset as shown.

STEP 7

Glue the center of the third petal layer and add the last petal layer to the center and offset as shown. Add glue to the center of the top layer.

STEP 8

Place and adhere the flower center to the middle of the petal layers.

STEP 9

Curl the petal layers around a paint brush or craft tool.

STEP 10

Curl the petals both up and down to create depth and dimension.

I’m going to make several of these and glue to a wreath form for a fun late summer decoration.
